Klinkenberg Zaanstad B.V. provides dosing systems for a wide range of sectors such as the food industry, biomass and plastic processing and the recycling industry. We develop dosing screws for coarse and fine materials, mass flows and with overhead valves. These are equipped with a pneumatic system and are used whenever a high degree of dosing accuracy without caving is needed.
Our dosing screws have a wide range of abilities, making them suitable for use as refill screws or fine dosing screws for accurate dosing into the underlying processes. It may also be necessary to follow the FIRST IN FIRST OUT principle with mass flow dosing, especially with cooled or heated substances. Thanks to the thoughtful design of our Mass Flow dosing screws, with each rotation of a screw, the same volume is reduced over the entire length of the dosing chamber and transferred to the outlet.
Dosing Screws and Safety
Dosing screws not only process solid material such as sugar or wood pellets, but also dangerous substances. Within our design, we carefully consider gas and dust density so that the processing of toxic products pose no threat to the environment. Our dosing screws can also be supplied with ATEX certification.
