Excelling Through Dedication and Collaboration

Mario de Graaff Managing Director
I’m the director and co-owner of Klinkenberg. I keep an eye on the bigger picture, also in the long term. After all, we are working towards something as a company. We want to professionalize Klinkenberg and build a company we’re all proud of. One where customers are not just satisfied but genuinely enthusiastic about our often long-standing partnerships. The name Klinkenberg should evoke a positive feeling for everyone. To achieve this, we are constantly taking steps forward. We combine solid business expertise with gut feeling. We have the entrepreneurial freedom to think big and the ability to translate dreams into practical strategies. This combination makes Klinkenberg strong. Achieving our goals is great, but enjoying the journey is what matters most.

I’m Willem Jan Jansma. I joined Klinkenberg in 1994 and have been working here ever since with great enthusiasm.
In the early 2000s, I introduced parametric 3D engineering at Klinkenberg, allowing us to provide customers with detailed drawings and 3D models.
With this approach, we apply our experience and knowledge to create tailor-made solutions. I’d be happy to help you find a creative answer to your challenge.

Jacco Plekker Engineering
Pleased to meet you. I’m Jacco Plekker and have been a project engineer at Klinkenberg Zaanstad BV since 2010.

Kees Bourgonje Engineering – Thermal Calculations
Hello, I’m Kees Bourgonje. At Klinkenberg, I focus on research and innovation for our machines.
With a background ranging from vocational training in metalwork to a university degree in mechanical engineering, I combine practical skills with theoretical knowledge.
This helps in designing special machines, such as high-temperature systems, where I use calculations and finite element simulations to ensure they perform in practice.
I also conduct product tests to analyze flow properties with different configurations (e.g., paddles, ribbon screws), as well as heating and cooling tests.
