Efficient filling process, even with difficult-flowing productsBag Tipping Station with solutions to achieve results

Users of a bag tipping station will recognize this: piles of product on the grid that refuse to flow through to the receiving hopper. Pure manual labor is required to force the product through the discharge grid of the bag tipping station. With a bag tipping station from Klinkenberg, bulk material can flow very efficiently and with minimal intervention through a discharge grid.

Custom Bag Tipping Station

Optionally, the setup piece can be equipped with any type of dust extraction; both decentralized and centralized dust extraction are possible. Klinkenberg can ensure a low cutting table construction, eliminating the need for platforms to access a bag cutting table. Thanks to this design, it is possible to fill 500, 1000, 1500, and 2000-liter bag discharge hoppers directly from ground level and to stockpile large quantities.

Additionally, the discharge grid can also serve directly as a sieve deck. By applying the extra sieving function, large agglomerates are immediately separated from the base product. The Klinkenberg bag discharge version has been successfully used across the entire range of bulk processing companies and has proven itself as a highly efficient and value-adding solution in production chains.

The bag discharge cabinet is equipped with an integrated dust extraction system that captures dust particles via fans and filters. This prevents dust dispersion in the work environment and contributes to operator safety.

Depending on the application, various filtration systems can be used, such as cartridge filters, bag filters, or HEPA filters. Some models have automatic filter cleaning using compressed air pulses to prevent clogging.

The cabinet can be directly integrated with conveying systems such as screw conveyors, vibrating chutes, or pneumatic conveying systems. The outlet can be customized to the desired connection size and configuration.

The standard version is usually made of coated steel, but for hygienic applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries, stainless steel 304 or 316 is available.

Yes, for explosive environments, the cabinet can be constructed according to ATEX guidelines. This includes explosion-proof motors, spark-free components, and grounded structural parts.

The working height of the cabinet is designed to minimize physical strain on the operator. Optional lifting mechanisms or tilting units can be integrated to facilitate handling of heavy bags.

Many models have smooth interiors without sharp corners to prevent product buildup. For hygienic applications, a CIP (Cleaning in Place) system can be installed, and filters are easy to replace or clean.

Yes, various expansion options are available, such as a bag compactor for waste processing, a vibrating floor for optimal product flow, and automatic cutting systems for opening bags.
