Ribbon Mixers

A ribbon mixer equipped with either a single shaft or a quad-ribbon dual-shaft design can significantly enhance mixing performance, enabling shorter and more intensive mixing processes. The intensity of a dual-shaft ribbon mixer is achieved by the overlapping movement of the two ribbons at the center of the machine.

The result of this principle is a homogeneity level of 90% to 95% within just 15 to 20 minutes. Thanks to the gentle mixing action of the ribbon mixer, it is possible to mix granulates without significant degradation of the product.
