Cooling, but not without thorough consideration

A screw heat exchanger with a single- or dual-shaft system. Cooling occurs as the material transfers heat via the metal of the Thermfrost to a cooling medium. Typically, we use water, glycol, oil, or other cooling media. Depending on the specific cooling requirements, you can choose jacket, shaft, or screw flight cooling.

The heat transfer coefficient is the crucial factor in the design. The heat transfer from the product to the metal is the limiting parameter, which we thoroughly investigate in our test environment.
